One address handles everything: editor@reelrichclub.uk. A human reads it. Term corrections are acted on within a week of a verified report; everything else gets a reply within three working days.
What to send
- Term corrections. If a wagering multiple, cap, deposit floor or payout window on any page no longer matches the operator’s published terms, send the page URL and a link or screenshot of the current terms. Verified corrections are applied and the page is re-modelled.
- Model questions. Every figure on this site sits next to its assumptions. If you disagree with an assumption — say, the 40x default wagering multiple — write and say why. Disagreements about assumptions are the most useful mail we get.
- Operator responses. Operators who want a published figure checked or corrected should use the same address. We do not accept payment to change a modelled figure, and we do not accept payment to remove a page.
- General feedback. Anything about how the site reads, what is missing, or what is over-explained.
What we cannot do
We cannot intervene in a dispute between a reader and an operator, recover funds, or advise on individual bets. We are a publisher, not a gambling operator and not a claims service. Editorial independence
Commission from the ranking board funds the site. It does not touch a modelled figure, a table value or a page verdict. The separation is set out in full on the How We Are Paid page.
